Before your event starts
At Village Photography we pride ourselves on our customer service and being full time profrssional photogrphers attention to detail is very important to us. We will arrive at your venue at least 1 to 1.5 hours before your event starts. This allows us to assemble, set up and check that your Magic Mirror is in perfect working order prior to your event starting. The set out all the various props and accessories will also be set up during this time on a table, so that your guests can easily view them, before deciding which ones to use.
During your event
Your guests will be able to step up to the Magic Mirror individually or in groups the maximum we have had on one shot before is 14 but normally groups of between 2 to 8 are perfect.
We allow your guests to choose their own props from our huge selection, we will then invite them to step upto the Magic Mirror for the fun to begin.
Your guests will then pose for 3 individual photos, with enough time between those photos for your guests to change or swap props with each other. After the photos are taken, they will be printed out in about 10 to 15 seconds we will then give your guests their photo to take with them. If your event includes a guest book, two sets of photos will be printed out, one set will be given to your guests to take away and the second set, will be mounted into the guest book and your guests will be to leave a message next to their photos. You guest book and UDB of all images will be presented to you before we leave, so you will and instant funny memory of your special occasion.
After your event
We will dismantle and remove everthing from you venue on the evening, which takes us approx 1 hour. All the photos taken at your event will be uploaded to our facebook page within a few days, we will tag you into the album so you can share with your friends and Family.
Photo Booth Equipment
Our Magic Mirror uses only the best equipment to ensure that your event runs smoothly, and that your guests photographs are of the highest quality. The equipment used consists of the following:
Professional Canon DSLR Camera (Digital Single Lens Reflex)
We do not use webcams or sub-standard cameras, as professional full-time photographers , quality is imperative so we use the latest professional cameras that produce high resolution photographs.
High Speed Dye Sublimation Printer
These produce a much better quality photograph in a quicker time than a wet ink-jet printer.
State of the art laptop
The whole system is kept running by the use of a state of the art laptop running the latest operating system, which is kept updated. We also carry a spare laptop with us.

3 Hours of Hire Time
Unlimited Prints- Your guests can come and go and have their photos taken as often as they like during the hire period, we always recommend changing props so the fun in choosing different props continues..
We have a huge selection of hilarious props and accessories. We do try to change the hand held props half way through the night so that fresh props will keep your guests coming back for more.
Our Friendly Magic Mirror Operators
It’s a Family affair, myself who explains how the Magic Mirror works, My Dad Derek on the lap top and printer making sure everything is running smoothly and checks prints to make sure they are 100%, my mam Ethel looks after your guest book, and Wendy who elps you pick your props then takes them off you one you have finished, we all try to hopefully provide a professional and friendly assistance to make the use of our Magic Mirror run smooothly, and to make sure all your guests have a great experience.
Your guests photos will be uploaded to our Facebook page, within a few days, so that your guests can view the photos taken at your event and tag their friends.

Facebook, Instagram or Twitter personalised Selfie Frame – £75
Personalised with your image, names, date of wedding. We leave thi ith you for your guest to continue using after we have left.
Prints all participating guests – £100
Give all your guests a copy of their image, each time the Magic Mirror is used participationg guests will each receive a copy of the photographs. So if there is 5 people on the photograph they will each get a copy.
Photobook – £150
After your event we can provide a hard backed photo book of all your images, beautifully printed on lustre photographic material and book bound to give you a beautiful reminder of your Magic Mirror Experience. Please note once ordered these albums can take upto 4 to 6 weeks to design, be printed and supplied from our suppliers. All artwork and design is required to be approved before going to print. This is to ensure that you are happy with the design that we provide free of charge.
